Jeez...calm down, kiddo.
Kramer's alter ego used the name H.E. Pennypacker. Jerry's went by the name of Kel Varnsen. The episode, called 'The Puerto Rican Day,' was the final half-hour episode of the series and originally aired on May 7, 1998. Jerry first used the Kel Varnsen name in a season 3 episode called 'The Boyfriend,' when answering the phone in his apartment with Keith Hernandez on the other end. He was pretending to own a latex company for which George was pretending to be a salesman.

KRAMER: Yes, uh, I'm interested in the apartment.
SALES WOMAN: Yes! Come in, come in.
KRAMER: Ok.
SALES WOMAN: I'm Christine Nyhart.
KRAMER: Oh. Delicious to meet you.
SALES WOMAN: Did the broker send you over?
KRAMER: Uh, yes, most likely, yes. I'm, uh, H.E. Pennypacker. I'm a wealthy industrialist and philanthropist and, uh, a bicyclist. And, um, yes, I'm looking for a place where I can settle down with my, uh, peculiar habits, and, uh, the women that I frequent with. (sniffing wall) Mmm. Mombassa, hmm?
SALES WOMAN: The asking price is $1.5 million.
KRAMER: Oh, I spend that much on after shave. Yes, I buy and sell men like myself every day. Now, I assume that there's a waterfall grotto?
SALES WOMAN: No.
KRAMER: How about a bathroom?
SALES WOMAN: It has 4.
KRAMER: Yes, and where would the absolute nearest one be?
SALES WOMAN: Just down the hall.
KRAMER: Oh, thank you.

In "The Puerto Rican Day", George pretends to be Vandelay (along with Jerry as Varnsen and Kramer as Pennypacker) to try and sneak into an open house to view a Mets game.

Yep-
Kramer calls himself H.E. Pennypacker in that episode you're talking about. That episode is caled "The Puerto Rican Day." I don't remember Jerry making up a name for himself. But yeah, George caled himself Art Vandalay.
Other nicknames Kramer used in that show are Dr. Van Nostran and Peter Van Nostrum.

The backwards episode was once enormously humorous and beautifully ingenious writing. But for laughs, mine needed to be the only wherein Kramer hit a golfing ball into the ocean wherein it lodged within the blow gap of a whale which beached itself wherein George, who had satisfied a date he was once a marine biologist, occurred to be running along with his date, and George retrieved the golfing ball, and awarded it on the espresso keep--I do not feel I have laughed so difficult considering that the wine vat scene from I Love Lucy!

That's a shame, I've seen every single episode at least 5 times and I can't remember those names.
