Breathing - you just exhale when someone steps on or punches your stomach - obviously there's more to it than that, but it takes some training and toning. Most martial artists would be able to cope with the feat.

I saw the clip and saw that the girl didn't kick or punch the guy in the stomach at all.
It's a simulation for the martial arts, meaning that you'll punch and kick but try not to get to close.
That was practise before they went on stage.

Same way some martial artists can break wood with their hands, head even groin area. Its not just a physical training they do but mental as well. Its amazing what you can do when you are in the right state of mind. I personally can overcome my fears if I set my mind in a certain 'zone'. (I've never studied martial arts though so take my answer as you will...)

your stomach muscles have to be stong enough and breathing they can be built up not to hurt at all we used to have to do that in karate
