yes you are. the masseuse will leave the room while you take off your clothes and get under the sheet on the table. if you feel uncomfortable, you can leave on just your underwear. but really, no clothes makes for a better massage because they can really get to all of you. (when it's time to flip over, they'll hold the sheet up so they can't see). they won't touch your butt, breasts, stomach, or privates.

Do whatever you feel comfortable with. It's YOUR massage. It's supposed to relax YOU, not the massuese. If you want to strip down to just the undies, they'll understand.
If you can work into going nude one day, it's far better. You may consider having a woman as your massuese, but make sure she's been doing it a while (strong hands).

well it depends on where and who you get the massage from. if you get it done proffessional than just underwear. but if you get it done by someone else it depends up to you if you want to be totally naked or totally dressed. messages without the clothes are best i think, you get the full effect of the message.

The more access that the masseuse has to your muscles the better it is for you.
It is really up to you and your modestly level. But here is the important part. Noone should MAKE you take off your bra/underwear. They may ask you to unclap your bra, while they work on your back.. but other than that.. they should respect your choices. If they don't find someone else.
The whole idea IS to relax!!! Not to be stressed out.

i don't know if you're supposed to, but it makes for a better massage...there isn't anything sexual about it, it is just so there is less in the way, nothing restrictive...

No. You should be able to leave your underwear on. If they ask you to get naked, and you don't want to, just say that you prefer to leave your underwear on and ask them to work around it.
