Interesting that someone should suggest Princeton -- since Princeton is not in New England, does not have a medical school and does not have a business school.

Any top school would be good for someone who wants to do pre-med or wants to study Political Science. You can get a list of top schools at US News. See the link below to look at the rankings.

Business is not quite as easy. Not every school has an undergraduate business school (for example, neither Harvard nor Princeton have one). The top undergraduate business schools are:

1. The Wharton School (U of Pennsylvania)
2. The Sloan School (MIT)
3. The Haas School (UC-Berkeley)
4. The Ross School (U of Michigan)
5. The Kenan-Flagler School (UNC)
6. The McIntire School (UVa)
