Axolotls being native to Mexico, you would probably have to contact a live pet importer to order one for you. It could get quite pricey.
Do you have any specialty pet stores near you, they might be able to order one for you too. A lot of the pet stores here in north east Ohio, USA, handle exotic amphibians and can special order if you pay a little extra for it.
Or, you could try Ebay.....

I was in a garden centre( Peter Barrets) at the week end that had white (albino)axolotls for sale at a fiver each. They are a stage of development of the salamander. (I live in the north-east )
