how are they exstracted ?

There are many, including copper, gold, silver, and others. These are called "native" when it is an elemental metal by itself.

Metals like Pb, Zn, Pt, U, and Hg are almost never found natively.

Gold, silver and platinum and because they are pure they're just mined from the ground.
