the judge told me I made an obligation to pay child support even though the state took guardianship and custody of my kids.

Depending on your State laws. The custodial parent or non-custodial may request a review when there is evidence that an error has occurred or an action should have been taken on the case. The purpose of the administrative review is to determine if the appropriate action was taken in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.

Yes. Until the court trial is over and your children have been released to be adopted or whatnot. You will have to pay the state if they are in the state's care... My cousin had to pay child support to the state until her rights were completely terminated and then she had to pay all the arrears. Now she can't see or speak to her children and has no rights to them at all. It would depend on your state though, hers was in North Carolina. But what the judge says usually goes.

I have never seen so many men that do not want to pay child support. Anymore that goes for women too. It is not you or the mother that suffers it is the kids and you need to think about that. They did not take your parental rights they took custody away from you and gave it to the guardian of the child. Sounds like you need to pay child support or go to jail

The State can take guardianship and custody without terminating your parental rights.

So, yes, you still pay child support, to the custodian, and the State, for their costs.

Even if your parental rights are terminated entirely, you will still owe any arrearages.

Even if you find some way to get out of it legally, you have a moral obligation to support your child. Grow up and stop being so selfish. You should double the amount you are obligated to spend.

Yes, you are required to pay child support if the courts say so, even if you have lost parental rights. Sux, doesn't it?

child support and custody are two seperate issues. When you have sex with a woman it is like signing a waiver. Knowing full well the risks of pregnancy unless you can afford or want to be a Dad, get fixed. You have a moral, not just legal obligation to provide for a child you produce regardless of whether or not you see them.

You made that baby. Now you'll pay for his/her till 18. It's cheaper to marry the mom and deal with it.
