Since it looks like you're going for PvP, the big things you're going to want to aim for as a rogue are:
Agility - for damage, dodge, and crit chance
Stamina - for increased HP and stun resist
Weapon Damage - for boosted DPS

For your dagger, the +weapon damage or +agility enchants will give the best *consistant* damage. Every point of agility (or strength) gives 1 point of attack power - and 14 points of AP (or thereabouts) gives an extra point of DPS. You *can* use stregnth (though it doesn't effect dodge or crit chance). Some folks like crusader or lifestealing, or some of the other proc enchants, but they tend to be more sporadic.

For your armor, agility and stamina first, followed by strength. There's a chest enchant that helps all stats - that'll be handy too. For your legs, just go with an armor kit, it's the best you can get at your level, and a few points of armor won't hurt.

Other things you might want to contemplate (depending on your budget) are scrolls: agility, stamina, and strength can all help.

Rogues and Hunters both follow the same pattern involving agility and stamina. If you look in your WOW book, you will see that you show concentrate on agility, as it increases your overall attack value, and at the same time increases the likelihood of a critical strike.

BTW- The perfect weapon can questionable. If you can find a nice sword or dagger with major agi. boost, it can be more powerful overall than a weapon with a higher dps.

Also- Your lvl may not have many available, but there are trinkets and rings that increase crit strike directly. If you find any, I would jump on board. (1% is not a small amount- it adds up)

Also- Make sure you concentrate on the correct talents. As an ambusher, you want to make sure you utilize the talents in the rogue class for stealth and crit strikes.
