At the bottom of windshield on each side, there might be one in the centre to! Open the hood and you should be able to see.
Use flexible wire to unclog them. Test with water hose.

I doubt it is from your sunroof. You have drainage holes top of the firewall under your hood. Open your hood and look just below the wipers, you should have some sort of plastic cover remove it and clear out any leaves or the likes of that block the holes. What happens is, that when they are blocked, the water ills up and spills over into the car through the wiring loom or air con pipes going thru the firewall. Check every few months and make sure the drain is clear and your problem will be sorted out. Cheers and good luck!

Where exactly is the water ending up? On your seats? on the dash? On the carpet near your door? Re ask the question with a Little more detail and I or someone in here can tell you which drainage holes to look for and where they are located
Make and model would also help because all drainage holes aren't located in the same place in every vehicle.
