Commitment: I believe it is important to be commited to something (whether it be work, school, a lover) because it gives a sense of purpose, love and trust that only a commited person can give and receive.

Loneliness: Is sometimes hard to bear, but it really helps us to discover who we are, and how to rely on ourselves and not be too dependent on others.

Hope: Is pretty self-explainatory...it's always good to have something to look forward to, or to do things for others to help them feel good.

Loss: Is hard to find an answer for. We never completely understand the loss of something, except for to remember the good times, and appreciate what we have.

commitment is a decision a choice to accept the world around us and our ability to function with in it.
Loneliness is a feeling or a way in which we see our selves and how we fit in with the enviroment. It has nothing to do with being alone, you can be in a crowded room full of people you love and still FEEL lonely.
Hope is another emotion; where we look to the positive believing that things are better than they are, or that even if they are bad they can and will change.
Loss is another emotion which we experience when somthing we are used to being part of our life is taken away from us.

The important thing to remember is actions define emotions, emotion never define actions. The way to over come fear, loneliness, and loss is to make a commitment to hope.

As for as commitment which means to entrust to something or someone. I personal believe that at some point in ones life one will need to commit to something or someone. None can be and do all things alone. Loneliness, some people wants to be left alone, but noone wants to be left alone all of the time to be consumed by loneliness. Hope, without hope sometimes there would be no reason to continue living. There's got to be a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel in order for one to continue to press on in spite of their present conditions. As far as loss goes, if one never loss something or someone of value there is no need for one to further commit ones self to this earth, to be in a constant life of loneliness and hopelessness. So therefore, ones life is a total loss. Good Luck and GOD BLESS!!!!!

Commitment...those commitments which we willfully and deliberately placing on our shoulders or a shoulders of another (others) cannot be kept...just matter of time and following search for excuses...called justification of releasing. All possible natural commitments imprinted in our hearts, it is not necessary to carry them with effort or place additional mind made versions of commitment on top without having a future "hernia".

Loneliness is a coin with two sides. Opposite side is "aloness". Being able to handle aloness joyfully, which we do time to time, is a solution of a problem.

Hope without placing consciousness on it is simply driving force which drag you to your goals. Once we start to think over hope then it makes hope destructive , brings you nothing but frustrations eventually making you distrust to any hope completely.
With a Faith size of mustard seed you will realize that loss is non-existent..It is not possible in a Kingdom of God. .Our beliefs based on our way of thinking make possible to experience feeling of loss....

These four ideas are important because once you commit to a woman, she changes on you and end up feeling lonely, hopeless, and a loss.
