First, make sure it's not cause by an infection or rash. If it's just dry skin, use more lube during sexual activities, and try a moisturizer like Man1 Man Oil.

Just like any other part of the body...you can put lotion on it. I'm not sure it should be scaly though? go get tested for std's.

I would put baby oil all over the thing, after a bath, after I awaken in the morning. After the intimate times. When ever I felt it needed lubed.

That can be a sign of jock itch and it will get worse untreated. Just go to your doctor and they will give you a cream that will heal it. Unitl you can see your doctor go to your local drugstore and just get whatever cream they have for jock itch, it will provide temporary relief until you can see your doc. Good luck!

It's natual. It's like a snake, it sheds it's skin from time to time. I save my wrappers and use them like rubbers, if they still fit.
