There is lots of myth surrounding KFC. This is because they were known to mistreat chickens for a while and also because their food is not the highest quality. They switched from Kentucky Fried Chicken to KFC to market a more trendy logo/name and they switched to KC now to market a healthier good (Fried is a bad word for the health minded).
