An ultrasound can give you the most accurate estimate, however there is a 3-5 day error level. This is the best you can do.

No, that's why your due date is estimated from the first day of your last period, but can fluctuate two weeks before or after for the actual birth, they build in the fact that you cannot tell for certain when the actual conception happened.

yes they go by the first day of your last period and you usually conceive between a week before and a week after your last missed period and they can do an internal ultrasound to determine the size of the embryo

If you go in to get tested early. then they have more of an idea. but if you're going in around the 2 or 3rd month then it might be alittle harder especially if you have an irregular mentral cycle. i don't think that it matters? but whatever

Not usually unless it was inverto or you have an odd situation. They just usually guess date/dates of ovulation and go from there.

They can estimate it, but getting it down to a specific date isn't something they can do.
