I have razor burn above my croch, and today i wore realy tight pants....Will this make it worse, or heal slower?

The hair protects your privates from your clothing. It's a really bad idea to get rid of it - that fad is very 1990s!

You should think about shaving with a sensitive skin shaving gel or finding some sort of product that removes hair without shaving. If you wear tight pants with a rash it can rub against it enough to cause chafing which in turn could make the rash worse or irritate it enough to cause inflammation.
Put some aloe vera on it or something else that will soothe your skin and wear looser pants for a few days.

i know the health of penis believe me wearing a tight pant will REDUCED counts of sperms and wont heal faster. you should use barbasol and gillette (any kind) those are good stuff and powder them before you put your undies on lol.

apply some moisturizer, as it will help sooth the skin and will reduce friction between your pants and your skin

it might make it worse cause they were tight
