I don't know what it means but I have heard the fantasy many times over and over. Maybe it is something about 'giving ' her to someone like you have total control over her and you can even control who sleeps with her?

It means you are a typical horny man. And predictably I am going to advise that you live out this fantasy if possible. If she consents, find someone you are comfortable with and go for it. Just be very, very sure that you are both mature enough to handle having sex with outside people. It isn't for everyone. Don't get into a situation you can't handle because if one of you gets jealous or if you aren't secure with your own relationship you will ruin your marriage.
But do mention that you are having these fantasies. At this stage just be clear that they are only fantasies. See how she reacts and take it from there. It isn't hard to find a guy who will do your wife while you watch. Try alt.com.

I don't know that it "means" anything, really. It's just a fantasy (and a fairly common one among men, it seems). You're probably thinking of it because it would add a little thrill to your sex life, I'd imagine. Or you really want to share your wife/gloat about having her by seeing her with another man. Watching a spouse in action allows you to see things from a different perspective.
Should you do anything about it? Probably not- some fantasies are best left just that, but you can of course try it. Just be careful and prudent.
