To drink responsibly means that you have no plans to drive. To drive responsibly means that you have no plans to drink.
It is difficult b/c alcohol decreases your ability to reason and understand that you have already had enough to drink and therefore should not drive!

Drinking responsibly means not drinking to excess, damaging your brain or body. Enjoy the benefits of wine, not the drunk of booze. Driving responsibly means that if you drink, you do not drive. PERIOD! No exceptions. It is difficult because humans have lost their self-control and have given in to self-will to live for the moment not regarding the future or the outcome of the decision to abuse themselves.
