There is no such city that I know of have been in Viana do Castello in the North (50 miles north of Porto), though.
Would you mean that?

The city itself is OK but surroundings and cities further east (mountains) are incredible. Be sure to hire a car and drive around and visit Porto, one of the most beautiful and personal cities in Europe for few days.

Take a (maybe few) tour in a pot cellar and see the city. In Porto you don't need a car (no parking space, good public transport, cheap taxis) so hire it so that you can leave it at Porto Hotel.
