How can I enable remote desktop by windows xp home edition ?

Click on start, then control panel, then performance and maintenance. Now click on system, and the window that opens up, you should see remote assistance. Click on this tab, now put a check mark in the box click apply. Okay. Now it's turned on!

The Remote Desktop feature is only available in Windows XP Professional. It's not included with Windows XP Home Edition

You can use remote desktop to remote "from" XP home. You cannot remote desktop "to" XP home. To remote from, go to start/programs/accessories/communications/remote desktop.
