Im not asking for a general answer, or it is "when you get hungry" or " when you want to smoke a cigerrett". There must be a difference between craving and desire. To research this I need help in finding decent resources whether it be internet, books, software, I really dont care. I just need some assistances at where I should begind. I have a few psychology books laying around, but unfortunately I find it all too therorized--sorry if I offended anyone. Can anyone assist me with some more specific resources, rather than general. No definitions, please. Just point me in the direction I need to go, and lend a hand if you would like to. Thank you.
