yes you can, not through your local post office though. There are some people that go to Cuba and take care packages for a fee, usually $10-$15 a pound. There is also a Canadian based company Antillas Express, you an access them through the Internet, they have pre-made packages you can send, they also have a service where you send the packages, etc to them and they take it to Cuba and deliver it for you. Through the US you can send money through Western Union (only a few as they have to have a special license and not all Western Unions have it) but there is a limit, I think it's $100 per month per address. You can check with your local Western Union. I included a link to Antillas Express below

They have been all pushed for the time of one border and then yet another and then ultimately around the Lebanese/Syrian border and the Lebanese have been given the accountability of taking them in and having to tackle them. We even have been given the consequence of all of this in repeated assaults and profession via the Israelis who think of they're doing us favors. we actually could like that they return to their properties - and that we be left in peace in Lebanon. they're going to be happy and so can we. And it is severe time for the Israeli's to possess as much as their universal jobs of allowing them to decrease back to the land of their beginning and ancestry! P.S. there's a robust e book on the topic of the Irgun and the strict Gang - terrorist agencies if there ever have been any. They terrorized the Palestinians into fleeing. And no person ever desires to communicate approximately them - yet they have been actual and produced varied destiny "leaders" of Israel.

Yes, but there is a limit to what you can send. You should check with the post office about it.
