A vehicle can shimmy for a number of reasons some of which you have listed. I would first check the air pressure in all four tires to see that they are pretty close. The next option is to have your tires balanced. How many miles are on the tires? Some tire sellers offer lifetime mounting, balancing, and road hazard protection. As for the alignment question, while driving straight, can you let go of the steering wheel and keep going in a relatively straight line? If not, then you probably are looking at an alignment issue.

hey there it could be a number of things the cheap thing to try first is sometimes dirt build up on the inner sides of your wheels and that will cause your vehicle to shimmy try that because dirt build up will make it seen like you have a unbalanced wheel but if it still has the shimmy after that then you have an unbalanced tire of you have a seperated tire if so you should take it to a tire shop if you don't have access to the tire balancer or changer hope this helps you out a little

Could be all of the above. Start with the tires being checked for wear and proper alignment(does the car gor start when hold the steering wheel straught) then have them rotated and balanced.

Loose front end parts,Separated tire tread.or out of balance tires. I'm guessing you have a separated tire from your symptom explanation. Or a bent wheel
