A lame duck President. Bush can still veto many bills but if 2/3 of the House or Senate agree, they can over-ride the veto. I really wanted to see Bush face a Democratic Congress because history has shown us that it's those times where both parties do their homework and serve their constituents by passing important bills.

Still a president trying to do the best he can in difficult times.
America is still a very blessed nation.
He like any president before and any after has had his share of things to deal with - but he has stayed to the task and that is what is most important.
