Most libraries will have one. Ask the librarian which section its in.
Here's an online guide. There are loads.
To stay safe, read this wikipedia page on Defensive-Driving/Advanced-Driving. Its good advice, even for the complete beginner.
It takes a year after passing your test to really settle into your driving, so that it feels natural and safe. Avoid driving at night for a year.
Take corners at a speed that allows for the possibility that there might be a broken-down vehicle sitting in the road just round the corner or someone pulling out of a gateway . It would be like running into a brick-wall and there may be something coming the other way that stops you swerving round it.
When parking, imagine what the whole situation would look like from 50 feet above, now, half-way through the maneuver and when its complete.

What a scary prospect! There are some things that you simply must go out and do to learn! Practice, practice, practice. Get with an experienced driver, discuss what you're about to attempt and then do it! Book smart proficiency doesn't make up for practical hands-on experience.
