But at the middle of the movie when she were amazed that he knew her name , he said he read it from the card on her Chest with Dr........
But actually he lied ... he knew her name from the beggining

I don't think that was a lie, I mean yeah he already knew her name but he also did read it on the card. Good observation though! I love that movie! 8-)
