Are you in a Sure Start area? They sometimes run free baby massage courses which are 6 weeks long.
Contact your local Sure Start team :)

I just tried to look for massage sites, but didn't find anything useful, sorry!

You don't really need directions or anything. What I find best is this:

Have them in their diaper and lay them on a blanket. Cover one side of their body with the blanket to keep them warm and then massage the other side.

Warm the oil in your hands and then massage them just like you would during a normal massage.

Then, cover the side you massaged with the blanket and massage the other side.

Maybe play some soft music or softly sing or talk to your baby while massaging them.
