I had read of giving three gifts representing the three gifts that the Wiseman had brought, using the first letter of each gift. G in gold = ? F in frankincense = ? and M in myrrh = money. Can anyone help me out in figuring what the other two letters are equal to? This is a neat idea that I would like to start doing for my 2 teenagers.

Gold - well i guess u can get some jewelry made of gold! :)

Frankincense - was something used for perfume.. perhaps a brand of cologne/perfume with a name starting with letter "F"

Myrrh - was also used for perfume, medicines as well, but money works!

I have never heard of this, I think it must be someone's family tradition or a regional tradition. (And I have lived many places).

Gold, Purfume, and Money all sound good. For boys/men, you could use food for the F (i.e. candy).

I"ve never heard of this, although it sounds like something which has been done for years and years. I think you can pick your own G and F (gasoline card if they drive? "fone" if you want them to be able to call you if they get into some sort of trouble? okay, that one was a stretch. . . .)
