when i'm stress i usually listens to my yoga music where it helps me relax and relieves my stress...=)

The physical answer is that dancing (and any strenuous physical activity for that matter) if done long enough will cause the creation of endomorphins in your body. These substances block pain and give the individual a "high" - a feeling of well-being and happiness.... definitely a good stress reliever.

when im stressed if i am able to get into the studio, i put on some classical and practice ballet..
or if i can i throw on some disney music. its happy music lol
