I've used a badge-a-minit machine. We had problems getting the crimping to work well on the edge. We could make a badge in a minute once we had the picture printed.
The cheap 29.95 machine was supposedly a low quality one. You need a higher-quality machine to do a good job. I think these run at least $250, though. I'd want to see the machine and try to make a dozen or 2 dozen badges before I committed to buying one. You'll pay for the supplies, of course, but that's cheap insurance.
I don't know what brand name the paper cutter was.

they're having a remember the 60's week on radio York and it particularly is totally emotive. Beehive hairdo's, mini skirts and automobiles, all of the old songs and communities, flower ability, unfastened love and the creation of the pill, dinner events the place you ate tinned ravioli, spag. bol.,blackforest gateaux, flambes, cherries jubilee, crepes suzette and washed them down with chianti in the ruffina bottles which then have been prized as candle holders, liebfraumilche, black tower, babycham, ponys, toddler seals and lambrusco - and we thought we've been the bees knees! Very unfastened, elementary and happy days - great to have lived with the aid of them. Edit: hi elsie 19, specific i remember how very priceless those days have been too. we could pass off from sunrise until nightfall with a bag of sandwiches and buns and a few pop, each so often there have been around twenty people, we regarded after one yet another, ran, laughed, climbed timber, outfitted dens and did no longer have a care in the international. We did no longer have paedophiles then - or i could say they weren't as obtrusive! and a homicide made the headlines for no less than a week. i grew to become into born in 1951 in simple terms after rationing had disolved, my father grew to become right into a farmer and we actually did have the terrific foodstuff obtainable, all clean and homestead grown - yet seasonal - no tomatoes at christmas in those days! i actual do think of my era have been so very, very, fortunate with the mammoth adjustments we experienced. My little ones think of its hilarious that we had black and white television yet we purely have been on condition that for the duration of 1957! no television in the previous that!
