I am assuming that it is a snippet of html code that some kind person might be able to point me in the right direction of.

I had this ages ago .Its a java script .

I'm pointing you there cus I'm a kind person.
You have to copy the Java script ,then follow the instructions and past it into your webpage.Its not to easy with most scripts,As they require js files and a through knowledge of HTML coding procedures
I have just checked this java script and it is NOT correct ,However i have managed to Filter the correct script out of the web page and its works fine .
If you mail me i will send you the full script with details .
You can even send a page and i will get it going if you want to.

There is a Microsoft Clip gif you can download for free from, er, Microsoft Clips. Animated snow falling, yes.
