Zipper is ipper is defined on Wikipedia as "A zipper (British English: zip fastener or zip) is a device for temporarily joining two edges of fabric together. It is widely used in clothing, luggage and other bags, sporting goods and camping gear (e.g., tents, sleeping bags), and other textiles." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zipper
So luggage, camping tent and other items can have a zipper. But it must be connected fabric or something similar. I assume there is no zipper connecting metals (not flexible)
