Okay I had this dream last night and was wondering if anyone knew what it would mean??

Question

My daughter is only one and in my dream she was taken to the hospital. I have no idea why. My husband was mad but i do not know about what. I never seen his face but knew it was him. When we first got to the hospital the nurse was nice and then later I wanted to take my daughter home they wouldnt let me. This women about in her late 40's early 50's said to me I know they wont let me take my daughter too. In my dream she was about the same age. This was a very weird dream. Oh and when I looked over my daughter was sweating. I remember the nurse looking at me and goes your gonna have to go now. That is when I tried to get her I think but I cant remember everything. Does anyone know what this dream would mean??

I also have a 3 year old and she is not in this dream at all. The daugther in this dream is 1.

I am not sure exactly of the dream meaning but it seems that you are worried about your daughter, you are afraid that she might be using drugs or pregnant or she is having a friend that you don't trust this friend might be responisble for what might happen to your girl and also it seems that your husband is leaving her in your hands and you are worried of his reaction towards what happened "in the dream" to her as he will blame you considering your are responsible for her and that you might have neglected her safety in a way or another.

Hopefully nothing is worng just a parent worries about her girl no more.

I was a bit confused as to what you meant by "take your daughter too". But it sounds like the normal fears of most parents when their children are very young. Illness and accidents are always on our minds and we dream about what is worrying us during the day.

It also sounds like you might view hospitals, or at least people who work in them as cold and unfeeling, maybe a threat to your child. Many people feel that way.

As for your husband being mad, perhaps that comes from real life, too. Couples often argue over ways to raise a child and it may actually be YOU who is angry at him. Maybe you think he doesn't worry as much as he should about your child. (Husbands get that a lot...I think they are usually prone to worry less than mothers, because of how they were raised and the fact that they didn't give birth. But it usually doesn't mean they don't care).

I'd chalk this dream up to the normal worries of a parent of an infant...get used to worrying, esp. when your baby starts walking!

Unless this becomes a persistent dream or feeling, you should try not to worry about it.

Just my opinion here....your dream seems to indicate some kind of anxiety or helplessness you feel when caring for your daughter. At times when putting her needs before your husbands, you feel he is upset by your actions.
