We have been trying to conceive now for several months. This month has been a little odd though. Almost since the day I ovulated I have been experiencing heavy sore breasts and normally I get that about 2 days before my period. I have been absolutely exhausted lately. My appetite has increased a lot. I eat and then a half an hour later I get hunger pains again. Also, within the past week I have been expriencing slight little cramps and an increase in vaginal discharge. Does this mean my period is comming? I am due for my period on the 18th. I know no one can tell me if I am pregnant or not and I know that ultimatly I will have to wait until I miss or start my period and take a test. I just want to know if these are all signs and if it might be too early to experience any pregnancy signs yet. Thank you!!!

Those are indeed common symptoms of early pregnancy, but don't count on it until you are at least six weeks out from the first day of your last period. Wanting to be pregnant can cause a woman to experience the symptoms, whether she is or not.

I had cramps every week b4 my ignored interval so I consider its typical. During week five of my being pregnant. I had sore nipples. An out of nowhere stuffy nostril. Always thirsty. Frequent urination. & bloated. So its now not too early to have signs. Good good fortune.

Cramping was never a symptom in any pregnancies I've had, however the tender and sore breasts were. I didn't notice any change in discharge either that came in the second and third trimester. Best to wait until your period start date.

Why did you ask if taking two prenatal vitamins would harm the BABY if you're not pregnant? Vitamins wouldn't stay in you for months until you actually become pregnant.

I'm confused. Are you pregnant or not?

And, for your question, it could be gas causing the cramps. You won't know until you take a test when it's time. Seriously, we can guess until we're blue in the face, but the symptoms could be anything. Cramping, fatigue, etc. don't necessarily mean you're pregnant.
