make list.
each morning sit for ten min. and make a list of what you want to do.
you might be suprised how this willhelp.

Lists! Always, the night before, make lists of things to be done and prioritize them. Spread things to other days if possible. Ask yourself: What must be done that day? What can be finished that day? What can you start on for the next day. Do only what you can in order to feel accomplishment and confidence. Good luck
One more thing, delegate some things to others!

get up earlier, get an oganizer write down stuff u got 2 do, then do it, stuff u have 2 do tomorow prepare it today.
