1st of all do not get a cheap mother board. You will pay for that mistake in the future. If you have a P4 computer already all motherboards will have the necessary holes for mounting into your case. If you have a Full size case you will need to get a full size motherboard. If you have a mid size case you will need to get a mid size motherboard. If your PC is small. You will need to get a small motherboard. If you do decide on getting another board you will need memory to work on that board CPU and heat sink. Also invest in a good CPU fan

The motherboard in yours is Intel 845GL chipset based. With SDRAM PC 133 BUS memory. You can find any kind of motherboard which has its chipset on it which using SDRAM.NOT DDR !!!
for cheap and fits, work better, I recommend you to use ASROCK, PCPartner, MSI. Those brand working in stable as long as i try to install or sale in my country.
Feel free to contact me

You cant.
The DELL motherboards are proprietary.
You can call DELL and ask about upgrade replacements.
