I'm German, French, Polish, English, Scottish, Irish, Cajun, and Native American. Is there any possible way I can find out the tribe that my Native American ancestors were a part of?

How far back can you trace your lineage... If you say a Cherokee princess, then forget about it, there's millions of them running around. If you know the state, you can at least narrow it down to a BIA Agency which has tribal rolls, or even the tribe itself.

not unless it is written doen somewhere or your parents registered you with a tribal council
