The philosophical you, I and everyone else are in the Platonic realm. We've been here forever and we'll stay here. We are not experiencing life in the Platonic realm but we do exist unable to feel anything but still holding an identity. Our physical bodies are just the tools we use to experience life with. The sensations are what constitute our experience of life. This is what I believe anyway.

I'm here, really. You're lost in your mind, not your eyes. How many hours a day do you spend inside your head? I'd be surprised if it's less than 24.

Yeah, look at your screen name, man. Try to be a watcher. Watch what happens around you. Get out of your head and watch it.

I really live in the moment - in TODAY. It is a gift to us -
That is why it is called the present.

Stay here. Out there, there are nasty things. Your mind is a dangerous place to go, stay in reality.
