I have a Blue Hooded Rat named Indira, a Black and White Dumbo Eared Rat named Raeka, and an Albino Hairless Rat named Aziza. I found these names on a great site called http://www.petnamesworld.com/. Its a really awesome site and it's one that you should defiantly check out. Good luck and congrats on your new babies.

I guess it would depend on their personality. Some names that I've used:
Mary & Martha
Stellar and Star (she had a head spot)
Lilly
Ruth (she is a agouti dumbo)
Winnie
Some names from a rat group I belong to are: Cindersoot, Riki Tiki Tavi, Aspen, and Skooter.
Good Luck with your new babies!
