note: any aerosol spray would reach them. Im not concerned with smell anymore...I just want to sleep!!! ive tried being humane...time to get violent with them...someone give me a good idea...please! (fox urine so does NOT work...)

Try one of those pest plug-in products. For less than $30, you plug one into your wall and it supposedly sends a vibration throughout your walls making it uncomfortable for the rodents to stay around. Works in theory for me, but I have no idea if it's actually working for us, because we never heard the mice and still don't. (Knew they came in because of droppings found.)

You can buy these sticky traps...they are flat...just put some food in the middle and the rodents get stuck...you can tie a string to the trap and slide it or toss it.
