In saying that life is unfair or fair, you are making life an actual thing that is causing it. But, what do you mean by life?
Life i think is just what happens around you. The real question one should be tackling in this instance is, are people fair? Through people, you have life. People cause events, problems, and many other things. And since people are sinful by nature, yes, you could say it would be unfair.
Yet, who are we to say life is unfair? Do we deserve anything in the first place?
Fair can only be determined after you have done something to earn it.
Think about it, are you always so gracious that you should always have what's right for you all the time?
This is where grace comes in. There is nothing such as fair, in fact, it's grace.
Now, what is grace? Well, many would say grace is "undeserved mercy" which, in truth, is a good definition, yet that does not fully allow one to comprehend what grace is. Grace is basically anything good that has happened to us. We never deserve to be treated in a special way; no, in fact we should be cursed upon and spit up, yet we still encounter acts of kindness everyday. They are from the everyday heroes, who believe in making the world a better place.
so, I guess that yes, if fair=goodness, then yes, life is fair.
But really, it's gracious.

Depends on your definition of fair.
If your definition of fair is : I should have what Bill Gates has, then
no it isn't. But your definition would be wrong.
If on the other hand your definition takes into account the fact that
you have the same chance at having what Bill Gates has as he
had. then life is definately FAIR.
The problem arises when people think that the people who have, have because they were born to it. When in actual point of fact,
the Bill Gates of this world had to work very hard to get what
they have. Very few people have what they have because they were born into wealthy families.
You have a choice. You can either grumble and gripe about how unfair the universe treatrs you, or you can get up off your dead butt and make something of yourself.
Your choice. You decide. But don't grumble about Fairness.

What's unfair? You have as much opportunity to make an honest effort as anybody else, don't you? Do you perhaps expect good things to fall into your lap? In life, you make your own luck by trying every day and never giving up. That's how you get anyplace. I grew up poor, lived on welfare until I dropped out of high school and joined the army at 17. I have a college degree and own a business now and do quite well. Life is fair, you just have to try.

of course life is unfair---it's unfair all over, which makes it fair enough. But it wont always be like that. There is a just God---and He will surely put an end to all the wicked done---and judge the devil, who is the cause of this unfair world--do u belive that? But u know what---no matter how unfair the world is, u stll have power over ur own actions---of course it's harder to live perfect in such an unperfect world. Thats why we all need Jesus to help us---and He can help u do it---because on judgement day, He will judge u for ur actions, not someone else's. So get all the help u can from Him to make u right with Him. Thats what I do. God bless you.

too damaged to make a baby and get that cheap grace..maybe i need to become an addict then get the help!
if i become bad news and therefore what the politicians fund as primary to get off the streets... will it become more fair?

Of course it is.
Why does life have to be fair?
No one said it would be fair.So get over that right now, you'll be a lot happier.
Little kids fight over fairness. Grown adults haggle over justice.
Is Life JUST?
Yes, in the end it is.

The question is to define fair. Fair is a relative concept. In a nutshell, it is not about fairness, but about how you "translate" your experiences. To one person everything will be unfair and to another everything will be about the lessons he/she has learned.
Life is a learning school!! Make the most of it!! Yes, I also think it is fair enough!!

No and it's not suppose to be fair.
How would we learn very important life lessons if it were always fair and rosey and we got everything we wanted?
As Children of God were here to learn while were alive that's
our whole point of being here our souls are learning.

I think it is unfair there is no reason on earth that I could not have been born to Warren Buffett or Bill Gates.

Is life unfair you bet it is as long as my parents are poor and have me life is truly unfair
