i despair wondering how im going to move out the area im in, i find it noisey, intimidating, with youths everywhere...im on welfare benifits trying to deal with mental health problems..but i want to move to a nice quiet area to, to help me recover from my mental health anguishes..im in britain...ultimatly id like to emmegrate but i no i cant do that now...that will take some time..but for the time being id like to move to a quiet part of the coast a nice part of britain..but because im on benifits and not on much money. i despair thinking how im gonna get there..i hate living in a small flat in the middle of an antisocial area, but there are no quick fix solutions, plus im trying to get help for inner anger, high anxiety and panic, racing, thoughts , i saw a psychiatrist last week for an assesment and was unhappy with the diagnosis....does anybody no what they would do in this situation? please serious answers only..dont bother if your just gonna make fun in some way

You are never without a prayer...you only need to call on the Lord and His Son, and all your prayers will be answered..I also believe the diagnosis was right on...as he could have bilked you for meds, etc....and he didnt

Well you have taken a big step, admitting to a problem and seeking help for it. Look at things you do that make you feel better that are not damaging to others or your home. I used to be very angry inside as well as depressed. I used music, writing poetry and drawing to help me. I shared it with others around me. Find something positive in your life that helps you be happy and go for it! If it's excercise do it! If it's helping others, go for it. You need an outlet. Keep seeing your psychiatrist. They do help and may have better tips than most of us on here. Start to put a little money a way (even if it's only a few bucks) to help you improve your situation. Good luck :)
