I don't drive so I asked my hubby, he said yes especially in the afternoon when its a lot lower than it is in summer, best to wear shades so you don't get an effect from it and save yourself from headaches, though I don't drive I think its worse when there's snow on the ground and the sun bounces off that, headache or what with that glare.

Not really. i usually drive in the morning, before the sun comes up, and at night, after it's gone down.
