This is an arguement that I just had with my friend, my points were that LT is most utility player in the NFL, considering that he is a threat running, receiving, or passing the ball, meanwhile he is usually in the top 3 running backs of the NFL, and my friend was left silent after that.

It's comparing apples to oranges, I don't know why this was an argument but anyway, I'd say that Tomlinson is the best RB in the league. Lidstrom is not the best defenseman in the NHL but is perhaps one of the greatest leaders/captains in the league.
