I know WalMart is selling them at 12:01 p.m. on Friday, but I was wondering if I could get some advice about how long I need to stay in line (should I skip out on work that day?) Thanks!

You should skip work... My son has to have one for x-mas... So I'll be at walmart too.... We are planning to get there at 9 a.m.... use should bring someone with you just in case you have to use the restroom... or go for food.... Also bring a couple of those folding tail gate chairs so your comfy... Good Luck!!!!

Order it online and you'll probably get it before the people waiting in line. I order movies all the time from Wal-Mart and they are always delivered the day before they are released. Shipping is very reasonable.
You could wait in line for nothing as each store is only alotted a certain amount.

No way to determine that. With sales of certain merchandise, you have people waiting in line hours, before the store opens.

i dont know soon you should get there but my walmart has a sign that says the waiting line will be outside and that they are getting just ten ps3's and that they may infact not have them then and will then issue rain checks.

lol u r gonna wait a long while but y wal mart they suck go buy it somewhere cool man i bet they will have less customers becuz they r less known like gamestop or eb-games or sum other video game store
