This is a repost because i just want some more input. Has anyone done the colon cleansing? If so where did you get the products? How long does it take. Can the results really look like the pictures you see on the websites?

Herbal cleansings are good. Almighty Cleanse is very good. Actual colonics (at a CLEAN facility which are hard to find) are BETTER.

Hi Patti T! We meet again. Maybe I didn't give you the answer you are looking for. In regards to the pictures of what can come out of a person the answer is yes. It is true that the results can look like the photos on the websites but it dosen't come out of everyone. I didn't have anything like that come out of me or my husband. My girlfriend did have the long brownish thing come out with little white globs in it. (That is how she described it to me.) It seems you keep asking about colon cleansing. Why don't you just give it a try. Like I said before, go to www.dr. natura.com and check out their stuff. They also have a money back guarantee! If I can be of any other help let me know!

According to the drs. I've heard it's not well to cleanse your colon usually. When you do this you are taking away all of the well micro organism as good because the unhealthy. The frame has a balanced quantity of well and unhealthy bacterias and whilst you are taking away the well the unhealthy ones tend to take over and create issues in which there were not earlier than.

I've done it once... I used a one-month kit from Arise and Shine. There were some benefits, but I also had some problems. If I were to do one again I would only do it under the supervision of an ayurvedic physician or a very experienced (15 years+) naturopath. I did it on the recommendation of my chiropractor, and he meant well, and most people didn't have problems, but I think the more conservative approach is best if you want to do a serious cleanse.
However, I DO think it is worthwhile, just don't skimp on qualified support. If you can't afford it, then only try the gentlest ones. Particularly until you're sure about how your body reacts.

I've done it twice Herbally. And yes it does work, it gets rid of back pain, headaches, stress.... a bunch of stuff. I own a natural herb store and I have quite a few colon cleanses...hlngtouch@yahoo.com I can tell you more

I know my mom has 1 done 1 time a year. She had pre-cancer polyps removed and she has a cleaning done every year. Try the GNC store. Those polyps never came back it's been almost 10 years.

lets put it like this... when you use a cleanser it moves tons of...CRAP...out of your body. Would you rather have tons of crap IN your body?
