i have to prop up with pillows underneath my stomach and sleep on my left side. sometimes my husband has to massage my back in order for me to fall asleep. try taking a warm shower before bed sometimes this helps too.
the baby has plenty of time of turn. it has at least 6 to 7 weeks before the doctor will even really worry about it. my second child actually was in delivery position and then she flipped and i had to lie on an ironing board for one to two hours a day to encourage her to turn.
don't worry she will turn.

if the doctor isn't worried about it, you shouldn't. If it gets closer and the baby still isn't turned, sometimes they can try to turn the baby from the outside, and if the baby turns back, or they can't turn it, there is always c-section (which beats a breach birth). Best wishes to you :) my boys were both breach at that point, and both turned in time :)

Congratulations!!!!! The back pain is nothing to worry about I had it with my daughter and everything was fine. Most baby's turn when it's time for them to come out but there are a few that need to be manually turned. Sometimes in the hospital they will have you lay on your side so the baby will turn. Just stay calm and relax. if anything ask your doctor.

During my pregnancy, my baby stayed in the breech position until the 36th week. Babies can turn even after that, it's not uncommon. You have a few weeks yet before you should worry about it. Dr. will most likely suggest an ultrasound at 37 weeks to check position.

Don't worry. My baby didnt turn until i was 32 weeks! For your back... take Tylenol PM. (it IS ok for the baby. I asked my Dr because I wasnt sleeping well during the night) Take a warm bath but not too hot!!!! Have your significant other rub your back!!

usually the baby will turn on its own. I wouldnt stress about it, let nature take its course. My girlfriends, son flipped at the last minute when she went into labor and became breached, the doctor pushed and rolled her belly and turned the baby just from that! .

My baby was breach at that point too. She ended up turning a week or two later. They still have a bunch of room (and they're squirmy).
