I've been involved in high school track (long distance) all my life, but I really want to try something new now. What could I likely get into? btw, i'm pretty thin, so no heavy contact sports :)

Hmmm...It is too late for soccer, you could try swimming if you are a good swimmer. If dedicated you could try basketball (doubtful to make a team though), baseball requires too much skill and experience (sorry), and there are limited others.
You could try to start ultimate frisbee club in your school. It would look good for college, you could use your speed, no contact, and it is a very fun game. You should try it.

Try soccer. Your endurance will really help in the sport, and if nothing else, you could be goalie.

Try baseball, if you have a strong arm, try pitching.
If you are a good runner, try outfield; It's a good sport
