http://www.samsung.com/support/productsupport/download/Model_Select.aspx?type=&typecode=200600&subtype=&subtypecode=200601&model=YP%2DE64PS&fileType=UM&language=

If the link works, there is a box on the right that lists all of the model numbers. Find yours by looking at the labels on the actual player, then double click it. If there is a manual available, it will be there for download.

If that doesn't work go to Samsung.com, click support at the top, then in the dropdown select TV, Video and Audio, then Digital Music Player, Then YEPP, then your model number. There are drivers and user manuals for all of the MP3 players that Samsung makes.
