i only have a period once or twice a year. is there any thing i can take to make me start

You need to visit a gynecologist. I had a friend who had periods very rarely because of how thin she was, and the doctor prescribed something (I believe it was a type of birth control) to her. The gyno can also tell you if this is the result of any kind of health problem.

yeah, take primolut N tablet 3 times for 3 days only , u will be getting your period on the third after you stop the pills. but remember you should do the req. analysis to figure out the causes for your delayed period . because anemia can cause delayed cycle

Sometimes overweight people have that problem, are you overweight? If so, try dieting and getting in better shape. At any rate, you should consider yourself lucky that you only get it once or twice. Less mess.

My wife recently stopped taking "The Pill" and did not get her period for several months. She took a drug called Progesterone and it worked like a charm. See your doctor for a prescription.

honey you are so lucky...most women would give anything to only have it 2x a year.
