I can't remember to pay them on time--so I fixed it by setting everything up on automatic bank draft. My pay is the same twice a month so the money is always there. No more disconnected lights and late fees

We get an email that says "your bill is ready to be viewed", click on the link, then pay it right away on-line.

I usually pay them the day they come in the mail, but if not I always pay them on time.
