Been there done that!
Blonde girl is right.....Finger Nail Polish Remover. Soak your hands/fingers in there and rub together and it will eventually goo off.

Urine.. no really.. But you have to have it righ from the source.. if it touches air it wont work.. So you need to put a fresh layer of super glue on your finger.. and touch it right to the spigot..
